Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Thank you for shopping with Manikarnan Gems. We are committed to providing authentic spiritual products while maintaining transparency and fairness in our policies. Due to the sacred and personal nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and replacement policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are permitted only within one hour of placing the order. Once an order is confirmed and processing begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation Charges

No cancellation fee is charged if the order is cancelled within the one-hour window.
If Manikarnan Gems cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability or logistical issues, a full refund will be issued.

Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns. Replacements are permitted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery in the following cases:

Damaged product
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect item delivered

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video and supporting images as mandatory proof.

Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

Size or fit issues
Personal preference or change of mind
Minor color, bead, or texture variations inherent to natural products
Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Products returned without original packaging

Replacement Process

Customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with order details and proof.
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Upon inspection and approval, the replacement will be processed.
A flat replacement handling fee of ₹200 will be charged to cover logistics and processing.
The replacement product will be dispatched with tracking information.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

The order is cancelled by Manikarnan Gems, or
Replacement is not possible due to product unavailability

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Important Disclosures

Manikarnan Gems reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not comply with this policy. Natural variations in Rudraksha, Karungali, gemstones, and spiritual items are not considered defects. In exceptional circumstances, the company may cancel shipments and issue refunds at its discretion.

Complaint Resolution

All customer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours.
Resolution is completed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of complaint receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines.
