Delivery Exceptions

Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

Contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
Upon verification, we will arrange for reverse pickup of the damaged product and issue a replacement at no additional cost, provided the product is returned unused and in original packaging.
Cancellation Related to Shipping

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Replacement and Refund Related to Shipping

Conditions for Replacement
